Clark County District Court Recording Request

District Court recordings Court recordings can be requested via secure link or disc.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for completion of your request.
District Court is not a court of record, and only retains court recordings for 5 years.
The cost is $20, which is waived for prosecuting attorneys or court appointed counsel.

You can pay in person at the counter: we are located at 1200 Franklin Street on the Ground floor in District Court Administration. Our hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Fees are waived if you are court appointed counsel or prosecuting attorneys.
